Shhhhh... listen up!

   Sushi doesn't neccesarily mean raw fish.

Unfortunately this is the first thought that comes to mind when the average sushi consumer hears or sees the word SUSHI, therefore we service  a very skeptical audience.

 

As a mobile facility, we only use reliable transportable fish products like smoked Kunsie (salmon), broiled Unagi (eel),  Ebi (shrimp), Kani stick (crab) and  loads of fresh vegatables which make up and or compliment our gourmet style rolls.

 

For every occasion, our fresh Maki zushi, soup & beverage items are prepared on site. We overcome skepticism and ensure customer confidence in our product by providing rich ambiance, trained staff, exceptional service and high quality products within our MECA designed facility.

Our facility is designed at a "minimum" regarding our interior kitchen and exterior canopy.

Size doesn't dictate our sales, only our product's quality and customer confidence.

 

For Event Producers that provide a strict dimensional sized space for food vendors, we can only hope you can find a way to subsidize our extra dimensional needs as a tradeoff in providing a specialty cuisine and a theme experience for your unique and health-conscious customer to enjoy.

Yes... MECA stands for Mobile Entertainment Concession Arena

 

Through our MECA design, it is our goal to provide a theme vending experience second to none!!  Our MECA concept design provides your event/festival clientele with an experience that promotes sharing with friends & family and encourages a well done thanks to you, the event sponsor, for employing a MECA concept at your show!

 

We believe the most successful way to deliver this experience is by invigorating and tantalizing a customer's (((SENSES))) through sight, sound, taste, touch & smellOnce these objectives are obtained our visiting customer leaves with an experience they enjoy and remember

Under the worst conditions:

We are fully self-contained requiring no setup/connection hassles on your part, as long as an approved potable water supply/drainage disposal area is provided, and a gas generator is permitted to run behind or within 30 feet of our trailer.  We are ready for your remote location.

 

Under the best of conditions: 

Supplied electric, drainage, and water line hook ups can be utilized if event production requires the use of these utilities.

 

     "We  provide single point hook ups for all our utility needs"

 

Our permanently staged, stainless steel kitchen facility provides an efficient prep and strike SOP (standard operational procedure), and ensures that health standards do not fluctuate.

This enables our facility and staff to operate at a standard more stringent than most state and local health departments require.

Our unique facility requires a flat 20'x20' space. 

 

Utility requirements are as follows.

 

Elect: One 220vlt single phase 30 amp circuit, or two 110 vlt 30 amp circuits.  Note: For remote locations we provide our own generator.

 

Water: One single point FDA approved water hose connection to trailer, or provide a certified potable water source for portable water tank storage.

 

Waste: Provide a certified gray water waste disposal tank or drainage area.

 

 

 

Our design approach allows us to park our facility, connect utilities quickly, and immediatly set up our theme rich hemlock canopy for your customers comfort and entertainment.

 

Once this is accomplished most conventional vending setups are still staging and designing their kitchen equipment on folding tables.

By this time we hope to be preparing fresh vegetables, soup, salad, and sushi rice for a high quality cuisine experience!
